The Development Data Analyst is responsible for data entry and tracking donations, and donor stewardship supporting Allied Arts work and mission by providing accurate and timely reporting and follow-up. This position requires technological proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, strong time management skills, strong written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate should enjoy working both independently and part of a small but mighty team.
The ideal candidate is also someone who is interested in expanding their professional fundraising career, has a passion for enriching the arts across Oklahoma, loves data, and analytical work. They want to understand how to utilize data to enhance the growth of Allied Arts with data informed decision making. The Development Data Analyst will provide support for fundraising and communication activities at Allied Arts.

• The Development Data Analyst is responsible for entering gifts, payments and online donations into the Salesforce donor database – an essential function in supporting fundraising, constituent communications, stewardship, and cultivation.
• Maintains highly accurate constituent records including updating donor information and identifying duplicate constituent records.
• Assist in maintaining SOP’s for database systems.
• Assists in updating email marketing lists and runs reports for segmentation to support the Outreach team.
• Assist in data reporting as needed including, but not limited to: Providing regular updates to the Development Team regarding fundraising and donor trends.
• Provide reports on gifts to finance department for reconciliation of deposits.
• Generate acknowledgement letters to steward donors.
• Pull reports and create invoices as needed.
• Support the team with other fundraising efforts and projects as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience working with CRM tools – Salesforce experience is a major plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Ability to manage project work independently with little supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Working in a professional, team focused environment with other fundraising professionals, employees must regularly be able to detect, perceive, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects in an office setting. Teamwork and communications are critical to our success and employees are regularly required to communicate clearly, in various settings.
Regular business hours are from 8:30 – 5:00 M-F, with occasional off-site events requiring additional time on nights, weekends and early mornings. Allied Arts has a hybrid working environment, where regular remote work schedules are offered.
