We know there is quite a bit of uncertainty right now; however, our arts and cultural organizations need community support more than ever. Allied Arts is invested in the long-term sustainability of arts organizations, and we are grateful to our community partners equally dedicated to their preservation.
One of the most important Allied Arts partnerships is the network of local companies that host an employee giving campaign, allowing Allied Arts to inform their employees about the impact of the arts in our community as well as to empower them to donate and get involved in other ways. With offices closing and employees working remotely, our ability to visit local workplaces has been put on pause unfortunately. As Allied Arts is part of the creative industry, we have some creative options for current partners to continue their participation this year.
If your company has an employee giving presentation scheduled between now and May 9, we ask that you consider a “virtual” campaign this year. Utilizing an online donation link and a captivating video presentation, this is the perfect pick-me-up and an effective way to support the arts from home. If this is not an option for your workplace, reach out directly to reschedule your in-person presentation between mid-May and June. These dates are subject to change. If you choose the “virtual campaign” route, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your start and end dates, so we can follow up and send you donor reports.
ONLINE PRESENTATION DETAILS:
There are multiple pre-recorded, captivating video presentations to choose from to best fit the needs of your workplace. In the Full Presentation, your employees will hear the stories from five of the organizations supported by Allied Arts, while the Condensed Presentation will include two stories. Additionally, you will have access to the Allied Arts Campaign Video.Our online presentation is most effective when treated as a meeting with time allotted specifically to engage with it. We will still be mailing out OKCityCards (available with a $50 donation) when possible and Step-Up Artwork (available with a $150 donation) will be delivered on a later date.
