ALLIED ARTS RECEIVES $250,000 DONATION FROM AN ANONYMOUS DONOR AT THE OKLAHOMA CITY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
ALLIED ARTS SEEKS COMMUNITY SUPPORT WITH ONLY ONE WEEK REMAINING IN 2020 CAMPAIGN
Oklahoma City, Okla. July 24, 2020 – Allied Arts President and CEO Deborah McAuliffe Senner announced today that Allied Arts received a donation of $250,000 from an anonymous donor at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation. Allied Arts is currently raising funds for their 2020 fundraising campaign with a goal to exceed $3.4 million dollars.
“Allied Arts cannot adequately express the depth of our gratitude for this generous donation,” said Deborah McAuliffe Senner. “This gift is a testament to the loyal support of our community, their resolute dedication to our mission and most of all, their belief in the exceptional impact of the arts.”
In early April, the Allied Arts 2020 campaign was extended to run until July 31, 2020. COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on the local arts and cultural community. Funds raised by Allied Arts this year are more vital than ever before as arts nonprofits work to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus.
